Do you take walk-ins?
Sessions are by appointment only. We do not accept walk-ins.
What are your hours of operation?
Monday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Thursday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Friday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Weekends: By appointment only
How long are intake sessions?
Intake sessions are between 60 minutes and 90 minutes, depending up the severity of needs. Please arrive 15 minutes before your session.
How long are regular sessions?
Regular sessions are either 45 minutes or 60 minutes.
How does paperwork happen?
Clients have an individual portal where documents are signed digitally and uploaded for review and staff approval.
How do I contact my counselor?
Each counselor has an individual phone number and will reach out to you with their preferred contact method.

What’s your cancellation policy?
To prevent accruing a cancellation fee associated with late notice, cancellation notification should be completed 24 hours prior to a scheduled session.
What’s your no-show policy?
A fee may be assessed in the event that a client is not present for a scheduled appointment and/or does not notify the provider that they will not be present.
What’s your policy for lateness?
If a client is more than 15 minutes late for a scheduled session without notifying provider of need to reschedule or of intent to be late, a no-call no-show may be associated with such event.

Monique – Being a mom
Erika – Kids/Grandkids

What do you need more of in your life?

Monique – Time…. Goes by so fast
Erika – Camping
Lori – Free time!
Jason – Time. I need more time.

What is something that not many people know about you?

Monique – A lot… I’m a rather private person
Erika – That I write poetry, play guitar and used to fly small-engine planes.
Lori – I played the piano with my piano class when I was 7 in the Hollywood Bowl. The host was David Hartman. I performed in community theater.
Jason – I grew up in the Upper Peninsula.

Where is your dream vacation?

Monique – Going to Hawaii and seeing the rainbow trees in person
Erika – Hawaii
Lori – If it was still running, to take the Orient Express from Paris to Istanbul. Of course, seeing the pyramids is high on my list!
Jason – Hiking the mountains and exploring nature.
